高校教师教学敬业度现状分析及提升策略

Analysis of Current Situation of College Teachers’Teaching Engagement and Research on Its Promotion Strategies

高校教师教学敬业度直接影响高校教学质量,进而影响高等教育高质量发展。当前高校教师教学敬业度不高有多种表现,而导致不高的原因主要有高校管理重研轻教的绩效考评制度、教师队伍建设跟不上高等教育大众化的快速进程、高校教学评价方式单一、学生对知识的渴求度下降和高校重学术教师文化等因素。构建高校教学科研相对平衡的绩效考核体系、构建严格的大学生学业评价体系、提高大学生的学习投入度、完善高校教师入职培训制度及教师考核体系、开展高校教师职业道德学习活动、重构大学教学文化等措施在一定程度上有助于促进高校教师教学敬业度提升。

College teachers’teaching engagement directly affects the quality of college education,and then affects the high quality development of higher education.At present,the low teaching engagement of college teachers restricts the high quality development of higher education and affects the growth of college students.The main reasons for the low teaching engagement of college teachers are the performance evaluation system of emphasizing research and neglecting teaching in college management,the construction of teachers’team can not keep up with the rapid process of the popularization of higher education,the single way of teaching evaluation in colleges,the decline of students’thirst for knowledge,and the culture of emphasizing academic teachers in colleges.To a certain extent,measures such as building a relatively balanced performance appraisal system for teaching and scientific research,building a strict academic evaluation system,improving students’learning engagement,improving induction training and teacher appraisal system,carrying out teachers’professional ethics learning activities,and reconstructing college teaching culture can promote the improvement of college teachers’teaching engagement.
