论中国式教育现代化话语体系构建 被引量:1

A Comprehensive Discussion on the Construction of the Discourse System of Chinese-style Educational Modernization

摘要 党的二十大报告提出要建立社会主义现代化国家,以中国式现代化推进民族复兴,并提出要加快构建中国话语和中国叙事体系。当前,中国式教育现代化已经取得了举世瞩目的成就,但与其在国际上所拥有的话语权并不匹配。为了更好地讲述中国教育故事,推动中国教育走向世界,中国式教育现代化话语体系的构建迫在眉睫。本文将试图从话语体系的本质特征的视角,来阐述中国式教育现代化话语体系的构建。话语体系的构建受制于历史,具有公共性,并在实践交往中形成。中国式教育现代化话语体系构建受到中国教育现代化历史的影响。它必须遵循一定的价值取向,促进人的主体自由,使人得到自由而全面的发展,体现教育实践的现实追求。据此,中国式教育现代化话语体系构建的策略为:关注时代之问;祛除西方中心论,批判借鉴西方话语;体现话语与实践的互动关系;处理好话语叙事与话语构建的互动关系。 The 2Oth National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed the establishment of a socialist modernized country,promoting national rejuvenation through a Chinese-style modernization,and emphasized the need to accelerate the construction of Chinese discourse and narrative systems.Currently,Chinese-style educational modernization has achieved remarkable accomplishments,but it does not correspond to its discourse power internationally.In order to better tell the story of Chinese education and promote Chinese education to the world,the construction of a modern discourse system of Chinese-style education is imminent.This paper will attempt to elaborate the construction of a mod-ern discourse system for Chinese-style education from the perspective of the essential characteristics of the discourse system.The construction of such a discourse system is subject to history,has a public character,and is formed in practical interactions.The construction of the discourse system of Chinese-style educational modernization is influenced by the history of China's educational modernization.It must follow a certain value orientation,promote the freedom of human subjects,enable people to achieve free and comprehensive development,and reflect the realistic pursuit of educational practice.Accordingly,the strategy for constructing the discourse system of Chinese-style educational moderniza-tion is:to pay attention to the questions of the times;to dispel Western-centrism and critically borrow Western discourse;to embody the interaction between discourse and practice;and to handle the inter-active relationship between the narration and the construction of the discourse.
