儿童血液病病房中的家长经常为患儿寻找补充和替代医疗,如“请大仙”“收魂”等仪式治疗手段,或使用未经验证的“秘方”“偏方”。医生对其中的仪式疗法一般持共情理解的态度,并不强加干预,容许这些方法发挥心理疏导与精神慰藉功能,而只对的确会影响治疗效果的做法加以纠正。这反映了当下中国社会中多元医疗并存的实践形态,同时反映出医患之间“且疑且信且行”的治疗关系。这种模糊而动态的信任模式代表了中国社会中人际信任关系的常态。深入探索形塑这一信任模式背后的制度因素与人际因素、社会因素与心理因素的交织勾连与行动张力,可为医患信任研究提供新的理论想象力,并为医患信任的提升提出更有效的干预建议。

Parents at a children's blood disease center in China often look for complementary and alter-native medicine for their children,such as applying healing rituals like an exorcism or using unverified secret recipes or folk prescriptions.Physicians generally take a sympathetically understanding attitude towards ritual therapy and do not interfere with conventional therapy,allowing these methods to provide psychological counseling and spiritual comfort to the children patients and their parents.They only correct alternative medical practices that do affect the therapeutic effect.This reflects the medical plu-ralism in contemporary China for ordinary people,as well as the"trustworthy yet doubtful"therapeutic relationship between doctors and patients.This ambiguous,dynamic trust model represents the normal state of Chinese trust relationships.To further explore the interweaving interaction between institutional and interpersonal factors and reveal the tension between social and psychological factors shaping this trust model can provide new theoretical imagination for the study of doctor-patient trust and then put forward more effective intervention suggestions.
