摘要
简单介绍了石墨烯薄膜的制备方法,有自组装法、真空抽滤法、旋涂法、化学气相沉积法,讨论了不同制备方法的优缺点以及对石墨烯薄膜结构和电磁屏蔽性能的影响。综述了纯石墨烯薄膜、无机物/石墨烯薄膜、聚合物/石墨烯薄膜材料在电磁屏蔽领域的研究进展,重点介绍了不同复合薄膜的制备以及结构设计对电磁屏蔽机制的影响。分析了多组分材料与石墨烯协调作用对电磁屏蔽性能的影响。最后展望了石墨烯薄膜应用于电磁屏蔽领域存在的问题以及未来研究方向。
The preparation methods of graphene film are briefly introduced,including self-assembly method,vacuum filtration method,spin coating method,chemical vapor deposition method,and the advantages and disadvantages of different preparation methods and the influence on the structure and electromagnetic shielding performance of graphene film are discussed.The research progress of pure graphene film,inorganic/graphene film and polymer/graphene film materials in the field of electromagnetic shielding is reviewed,and the preparation of different composite films and the influence of structural design on the electromagnetic shielding mechanism are introduced.The influence of multi-component materials and graphene on electromagnetic shielding performance was analyzed.Finally,the problems and future research directions of graphene film application in the field of electromagnetic shielding are prospected.
