鄂钢130 t转炉低铁耗低成本工艺实践

摘要 在钢铁限产以及原料矿石成本增加的形势下,低铁耗炼钢工艺应运而生。针对宝武集团鄂城钢铁有限公司炼钢厂实际生产情况,通过提高废钢比以降低铁耗,并与常规铁耗生产模式进行对比,探索分析了高废钢比、低铁耗炼钢生产的模式下对渣料消耗、终渣成分以及钢水终点磷含量的影响。结果表明,采用铁水罐加废钢、覆盖保温剂减少热量损失及外加增热剂等方法弥补冶炼过程中热量损失。与常规工艺相比,低铁耗工艺条件下废钢装入量增加了5.62 t、铁水装入量降低了3.95 t、石灰消耗量降低了2.44 kg/t,终渣全铁含量降低了1.76%,出钢温度降低约12℃,脱磷效果较好。 Under the situation of steel production amount controlled and cost increased of raw materials,the low iron consumption process of steelmaking came into being.As per the actual production situation of the Echeng Iron and Steel Company,by increasing the ratio of steel scrap to reduce iron consumption,and comparing with the conventional mode of iron consumption,the effects of high ratio of steel scrap and low iron consumption on slag consumption,final slag composition and terminal phosphorus content of molten steel were explored.The production practice shows that the heat loss in the smelting process can be compensated by adding scrap steel to the molten iron tank,covering with insulation agent to reduce heat loss and adding heating agent.Compared with that of the conventional process,under the condition of low iron consumption,the amount of scrap is increased by 5.62 t,the amount of hot metal is reduced by 3.95 t,the lime consumption is reduced by 2.44 kg/t,the total iron content of final slag is reduced by 1.76%,the temperature of steel is reduced by about 12 ℃,and the dephosphorization effect is better stable.
