国外档案众包项目的志愿服务机制探析

Analysis on Voluntary Service Mechanism of Foreign Archives Crowdsourcing Projects

国外的一些档案众包项目已经建立起成熟的志愿服务机制,涵盖了基础设施保障、志愿服务运作、志愿者管理、质量控制等环节,取得了重大成效。根据国外档案众包实践,我国档案部门可以从强化互联网思维、健全档案志愿者管理体系、以用户为叙事核心、档案众包项目融入相关专业课程体系四个方面推进档案众包实践。

Some foreign archives crowdsourc⁃ing projects have established mature voluntary ser⁃vice mechanism,covering infrastructure security,voluntary service operation,volunteers manage⁃ment,quality control and other parts,which has achieved significant results.Based on the practice of foreign archives crowdsourcing,Chinese ar⁃chives departments can promote the practice of ar⁃chives crowdsourcing from four aspects:strength⁃ening the Internet thinking,improving volunteers management system,taking the user as the narra⁃tive core,and integrating archives crowdsourcing projects into the relevant professional courses.
