摘要
卡波西水痘样疹多由单纯疱疹病毒1型引起,水痘-带状疱疹病毒所致较少见。本文报道一例由水痘-带状疱疹病毒引起的卡波西水痘样疹患者,入院初期拟“类天疱疮”治疗下仍有新发水疱,后结合组织病理、病原宏基因组学检测示水痘-带状疱疹病毒阳性,最终诊断为卡波西水痘样疹,给予抗病毒治疗后好转。
Kaposi s varicella-like eruption is mostly caused by herpes simplex virus type 1,and rarely caused by varicella-zoster virus.We report a case of Kaposi s varicella-like eruption caused by varicella-zoster virus There were still new blisters after the treatment of pemphigoid at the initial stage of admission.Based on histopathological examination and pathogen metagenomics test,the patient was positive for varicella-zoster virus.We revised the diagnosis as Kaposi varicelliform eruption.The patient was cured after antiviral treatment.
