摘要 IL-33是白细胞介素1家族来源的核细胞因子,通过其受体作用于多种细胞,如肥大细胞、2型固有淋巴细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞,是2型免疫反应发生及维持的重要细胞因子之一。近年来研究表明,IL-33激活外周神经系统参与瘙痒信号的传递。本文回顾了IL-33介导受体激活的信号转导机制/2型炎症皮肤病中IL-33参与瘙痒的神经免疫机制及IL-33靶向药物研究进展。 IL-33 is a nuclear cytokine of the IL-1 family,which acts on a variety of cells through combination its receptors,such as mast cells,innate lymphocytes type 2,basophils,etc..It is one of the important cytokines in the development and maintenance of type 2 immune responses.Recent studies have shown that IL-33 is involved in pruritic signaling through activating the peripheral nervous system.This paper focuses on the signal transduction mechanism after the activation of interleukin 33 receptor,and elaborates the neuroimmune mechanism of IL-33 involved in pruritus in type 2 inflammatory skin diseases.We also review the advances of drug research targeting IL-33.
