3D打印笔耗材中挥发性有机化合物的风险分析

摘要 以网络平台销售的48批次3D打印笔耗材为研究对象,采用气相色谱-质谱联用法测定样品中19种挥发性有机化合物(VOCs),采用呼吸暴露评估模型对检出值最高的有害物质进行风险评估。结果显示,66.7%的样本均检出了挥发性有机化合物,同时,在假设条件(不同年龄段的人群、每天在15 m2的房间里使用3D打印笔3 h,消耗100 g耗材)下,乙苯通过呼吸途径吸入的暴露量所对应的危害商值均小于1,对人体的危害程度比较小,而同等条件下,乙醛通过呼吸途径吸入的暴露浓度大于US EPA的参考浓度,需引起警惕。 19 Kinds of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in 48 batches of 3D printing pen consumables from the network platform were detected with GC-MS.Risk assessment for hazardous substances with the highest detection value was made by inhalation exposure assessment model.The results showed that volatile organic compounds were detected in 66.7%of the samples,and hazard quotient value corresponding to inhalation of ethylbenzene through respiratory pathway was less than 1,under the hypothetical conditions(people of different ages,use 3D printing pens for 3 h in a 15 m2 room every day,consume 100 g consumables),the risk was small,while the exposure concentration to inhalation of acetaldehyde was greater than the reference concentration of US EPA on equal conditions,needing to be vigilant.
