在柴油加氢装置生产过程中对柴油产品的影响因素分析

摘要 柴油加氢装置是石油化工行业常见的装置,是提高汽油和柴油产品质量的重要手段,柴油加氢后的产品主要是满足GB19147—2017柴油规格要求、符合半再生重整需要的精制石脑油原料指标。柴油加氢精制装置在一定条件下将原料油中的含硫、氮、氧等非烃化合物氢解,通过乙醇胺脱硫塔剔除硫化氢,通过注水稀释溶解铵盐经高压分离器界位外送,得到洁净柴油。 Diesel hydrogenation unit is a common device in petrochemical industry,which is an important means to improve the quality of gasoline and diesel products for further processing.The products after diesel hydrogenation mainly meet the requirements of GB19147-2017 diesel specifications and meet the requirements of semi-regenerative reforming.Under certain conditions,the diesel hydrofining unit hydrogenerates the non-hydrocarbon compounds such as sulfur,nitrogen and oxygen in the raw oil,removes hydrogen sulfide through the ethanolamine desulfurization tower,dilutes the dissolved ammonium salt through water injection,and sends it out through the boundary of the high-pressure separator to obtain clean diesel.
