针对性护理在热奄包联合穴位贴敷治疗妇科腹腔镜术后腹痛腹胀中的应用效果

Application Effect of Targeted Nursing in Patient with Abdominal Pain and Abdominal Distension After Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery Treated with Hot Package and Acupoint Patching

目的研究针对性护理在热奄包联合穴位贴敷治疗妇科腹腔镜术后腹痛腹胀中的护理效果。方法选取2021年6月-2022年6月在我院诊治的56例妇科腹腔镜术后腹痛腹胀患者为研究对象,均采用热奄包联合穴位贴敷。采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各28例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用针对性护理,比较两组不同时间段腹痛评分、临床症状改善时间、胃肠道功能恢复时间、护理满意度、并发症发生率。结果观察组术后6、12、48 h腹痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组腹痛、腹胀改善时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组肠鸣音、首次排便以及排气恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为96.43%,高于对照组的78.57%(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为7.14%,低于对照组的17.86%(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理在热奄包联合穴位贴敷治疗妇科腹腔镜术后腹痛腹胀中应用护理效果确切,可减轻患者腹痛,缩短临床症状改善时间,促进胃肠道快速恢复,降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度,利于患者术后恢复。

Objective To study the effect of targeted nursing in patient with abdominal pain and abdominal distension after gynecological laparoscopic surgery treated with hot package and acupoint patching.Methods From June 2021 to June 2022,56 patients with abdominal pain and bloating after gynecological laparoscopic surgery in our hospital were selected as the research objects.All patients were treated with hot package combined with acupoint patching.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 28 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with targeted nursing.The abdominal pain score,clinical symptom improvement time,gastrointestinal function recovery time,nursing satisfaction and complication rate were compared between the two groups at different time periods.Results The abdominal pain scores of the observation group at 6,12 and 48 h after operation were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of abdominal pain and abdominal distension in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of bowel sounds,first defecation and exhaust in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.43%,which was higher than 78.57%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.14%,which was lower than 17.86%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of targeted nursing in patient with abdominal pain and abdominal distension after gynecological laparoscopic surgery treated with hot package and acupoint patching has a definite nursing effect,which can reduce abdominal pain,shorten the improvement time of clinical symptoms,promote the rapid recovery of gastrointestinal tract,reduce the incidence of complications,improve nursing satisfaction,and facilitate postoperative recovery of patients.
