姜黄素治疗蛛网膜下腔出血的研究进展

摘要 姜黄素是一种疏水性多酚,在过去的几十年里被广泛研究,以确定和描述其药代动力学、药效学和临床药理学特性。蛛网膜下腔出血是一种严重的急性脑卒中疾病,其致残率及致死率均较高。其中血脑屏障的破坏是导致蛛网膜下腔出血患者预后较差的主要因素。姜黄素较易通过血脑屏障且具有广泛的生物功能,包括抗炎症反应、抗氧化应激和抗感染特性,以及对癌症的化疗特性,可改善血脑屏障来治疗蛛网膜下腔出血。本文主要对姜黄素的化学特性及其药理原理,在治疗蛛网膜下腔出血方面的作用机制,以及治疗的局限性和副作用三个方面进行综述,旨在系统地总结和分析姜黄素在蛛网膜下腔出血等相关疾病的潜在应用效果,以期为进一步促进姜黄素的研究提供理论依据。 Curcumin is a hydrophobic polyphenol,which has been extensively studied in the past decades to determine and describe its pharmacokinetic,pharmacodynamic and clinical pharmacological characteristics.Subarachnoid hemorrhage is a serious acute stroke disease with high disability and mortality rates.The disruption of the blood-brain barrier is the main factor leading to poor prognosis in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage.Curcumin is easy to pass through the blood-brain barrier and has a wide range of biological functions,including anti-inflammatory response,antioxidant stress and anti infection properties,as well as chemotherapy properties for cancer,which can improve the blood-brain barrier to treat subarachnoid hemorrhage.This article mainly reviews the chemical properties and pharmacological principles of curcumin,its mechanism of action in the treatment of subarachnoid hemorrhage,and its limitations and side effects,in order to systematically summarize and analyze the potential therapeutic effects of curcumin in subarachnoid hemorrhage and other related diseases,so as to provide a theoretical basis for further promoting the research of curcumin.
