分娩情景预演联合积极心理干预在产妇中的应用

The application of parturient scenario rehearsal combined with positive psychological intervention in parturient women

目的探讨采用分娩情景预演联合积极心理干预法对产妇恐惧感及自然分娩率的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2022年6月浙江大学医学院附属第二医院临平院区产科收治的孕晚期产妇98名,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组49名。在孕36周开始,对照组采用常规产科分娩干预;试验组在常规干预基础上给予分娩情景预演联合积极心理干预。评估并比较两组产妇分娩恐惧感、积极心理资本水平、护理满意度,同时统计并对比两组产妇自然分娩率。结果经干预后,试验组孕妇分娩恐惧量表(fear of birth scale,FOBS)评分低于对照组(t=3.353,P<0.05);试验组积极心理资本问卷(positive psycap questionnaire,PPQ)评分高于对照组(t=5.717,P<0.05);试验组总满意度高于对照组(89.80%vs.71.43%,χ^(2)=5.288,P=0.021);试验组自然分娩率高于对照组(87.76%vs.69.39%,χ^(2)=4.909,P=0.027)。结论分娩情景预演联合积极心理干预对缓解产妇恐惧感、增强积极心理资本、促进自然分娩效果显著,且产妇满意度较高。

Objective To explore the effect of parturient scenario rehearsal combined with positive psychological intervention on maternal fear and natural delivery rate.Methods A total of 98 cases of late pregnant women admitted to the Department of Obstetrics,Linping District,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.Beginning at 36 weeks gestation,the control group was given routine obstetric delivery intervention,while the observation group was given delivery scenario rehearsal combined with positive psychological intervention on the basis of routine intervention.The levels of fear of delivery,positive psychological capital and nursing satisfaction were evaluated and compared between the two groups.At the same time,the natural delivery rate of the two groups was counted and compared.Results After intervention,the score of fear of birth scale(FOBS)in observation group was lower than that in the control group(t=3.353,P<0.05).The score of positive psycap questionnaire(PPQ)in observation group was higher than that in control group(t=5.717,P<0.05).At the same time,the nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(89.80%vs.71.43%,χ^(2)=5.288,P=0.021),and the natural delivery rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(87.76%vs.69.39%,χ^(2)=4.909,P=0.027).Conclusion Delivery scenario rehearsal combined with positive psychological intervention has a significant effect on alleviating maternal fear,enhancing positive psychological capital,and promoting natural childbirth,and the maternal recognition is high.
