氢分子在预防肠粘连中的疗效分析

摘要 目的 探讨氢分子预防大鼠实验性肠粘连的效果及其机制。方法 研究开展时间为2022年5月—2023年1月,从山东第一医科大学动物实验中心购买40只SD大鼠,并随机分为假手术组(Sham组)、生理盐水组(NC组)、医用透明质酸钠(HA组)、富氢水治疗组(HRS组),每组10只。除Sham组大鼠仅行开、关腹手术未建立腹腔粘连模型外,其余3组均行锉刀摩擦盲肠术建模。采用Nair′s评分系统评价4组大鼠的腹部粘连情况。结果 与NC组的Nair′s评分[(3.43±0.54)分]相比,HA组和HRS组大鼠Nair′s评分较低,分别为(2.63±0.56)分、(1.50±0.52)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与HA组比较,HRS组大鼠Nair′s评分更低,差异有统计学意义(t=4.68,P<0.05);与HA组比较,HRS组大鼠IL-6、TNF-α、IL-1β、TGF-β1的水平明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与NC组比较,HA组及HRS组盲肠羟脯氨酸水平显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HRS可通过减轻术后粘连组织中的炎症反应与纤维形成,有效减少大鼠动物模型中肠粘连的形成。 Objective To investigate the effect of hydrogen molecules in preventing experimental intestinal adhesion in rats and its mechanism.Methods From May 2022 to January 2023 was the research time.Forty SD rats were pur⁃chased from the Animal Experiment Center of Shandong First Medical University and were randomly divided into the sham-operated group(Sham group),the saline group(NC group),the medical sodium hyaluronate(HA group),and the hydrogen-enriched water treatment group(HRS group),with 10 rats in each group.Excepted for the rats in the Sham group,which were only subjected to open and closed abdominal surgery without modeling abdominal adhesion,the other three groups were modeled by file friction cecum surgery.Nair´s scoring system was used to evaluate the abdomi⁃nal adhesions of the rats in the four groups.Results Compared with the Nair´s score in the NC group[(3.43±0.54)points],the Nair´s scores of rats in the HA group(2.63±0.56)points and HRS group(1.50±0.52)points were lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the HA group,the Nair´s score of rats in the HRS group was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.68,P<0.05).Compared with the HA group,the levels of IL-6,TNF-α,IL-1β,and TGF-β1 in rats in the HRS groups were significantly lower,and the differ⁃ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cecum hydroxyproline level was significantly lower in the HA and HRS groups compared with the NC group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion HRS can ef⁃fectively reduce the formation of intestinal adhesions in rat animal models by reducing the inflammatory response and fiber formation in the adherent tissues after surgery.
