中西医结合治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床效果

Clinical Effects of Combined Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Deep Vein Thrombosis of the Lower Extremities

目的 讨论下肢深静脉血栓形成患者应用中西医结合疗法的治疗疗效。方法 选取2021年5月-2022年5月齐齐哈尔医学院附属第三医院中收治的下肢深静脉血栓形成患者70例展开研究,以收治顺序为分组标准,对比组、研究组各35例,对比组行西医华法林片+低分肝素钠联合治疗,研究组在对比组基础上行中药活血止痛加减方治疗,比较分析腿部周径差、血液流变学、肿胀疼痛程度、治疗疗效。结果 研究组腿部周径差较对比组小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后研究组D-二聚体(0.42±0.09)mg/L、纤维蛋白原(2.07±0.74)g/L、凝血酶原时间(18.19±3.35)s优于对比组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.095、4.162、3.744,P<0.05);研究组治疗30 d肿胀疼痛程度(1.03±0.41)分较对比组低,差异有统计学意义(t=3.841,P<0.05);研究组总有效率(97.14%)较对比组高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.590,P<0.05)。结论 下肢深静脉血栓形成患者采取综合治疗方案时,联合应用中西医结合疗法的疗效较理想,可迅速缓解肿胀疼痛症状,对血液流变学有改善作用。

Objective To discuss the therapeutic efficacy of combined Chinese and Western medicine therapy in pa⁃tients with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis.Methods From May 2021 to May 2022,70 patients with lower limb Deep vein thrombosis admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical University were selected for the study.Based on the order of admission,35 patients were in the control group and 35 patients in the study group.The comparison group was treated with the combination of western medicine warfarin tablets+low-fraction heparin so⁃dium,and the study group was treated with the formula of Chinese traditional medicine for activating blood circulation and relieving pain on the basis of the comparison group.Comparative analysis of leg circumference difference,blood rheology,swelling and pain degree,treatment efficacy.Results The leg circumference difference in the study group was smaller than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,D-dimer(0.42±0.09)mg/L,fibrinogen(2.07±0.74)g/L,and prothrombin time(18.19±3.35)s in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.095,4.162,3.744,P<0.05).The degree of swelling and pain(1.03±0.41)points in the study group after 30 of treatment was lower than that in the con⁃trol group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.841,P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group(97.14%)was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.590,P<0.05).Conclusion When patients with lower limb deep vein thrombosis adopt comprehensive treatment plan,the efficacy of combined application of Chinese and Western medicine therapy is more ideal,which can rapidly relieve the symptoms of swelling and pain,and has an improvement effect on blood rheology.
