糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂联合通窍鼻炎颗粒治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy Analysis of Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray Combined with Tongqiao Rhinitis Granules in the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis

目的 分析变应性鼻炎患者采用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂联合通窍鼻炎颗粒治疗的临床效果和应用价值。方法 选取2019年5月-2023年4月深圳市宝安区中心医院变应性鼻炎患者120例,采用随机数表法分为对照组、联合组,各60例。对照组应用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂,联合组在对照组基础上联合通窍鼻炎颗粒。对比分析两组疗效。结果联合组治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的85.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.904,P<0.05)。联合组治疗后证候积分与各项炎症因子水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂联合通窍鼻炎颗粒治疗变应性鼻炎效果显著,能够减轻患者各项症状,抑制炎症反应,安全性理想,值得借鉴和推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect and application value of mometasone furoate nasal spray com⁃bined with Tongqiao rhinitis granules in the treatment of patients with allergic rhinitis.Methods 120 patients with al⁃lergic rhinitis at Bao´an District Central Hospital in Shenzhen from May 2019 to April 2023 were selected and ran⁃domly divided into a control group and a combination group using a random number table method,with 60 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Mometasone furoate nasal spray,and the combination group was treated with Tongqiao Biyan Granule on the basis of the control group.Compared and analyze the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combination group was 96.67%,which was higher than the con⁃trol group´s 85.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.904,P<0.05).After treatment,the syndrome scores and levels of various inflammatory factors in the combination group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Mometasone furoate nasal spray combined with Tongqiao rhinitis granules is effective in the treatment of allergic rhinitis,which can reduce the symptoms of patients,inhibit the inflammatory reaction,and has an ideal safety,and is worthy of reference and popularization.
