慢性乙型肝炎实施富马酸丙酚替诺福韦治疗的效果与安全性分析

Efficacy and Safety Analysis of Tenofovir Alafenamide Fumarate in the Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B

目的 分析慢性乙型肝炎(chronic hepatitis B, CHB)患者予以富马酸丙酚替诺福韦治疗的临床效果。方法 选取2020年8月-2022年2月丰县人民医院收治的70例CHB患者为研究对象,随机数表法分为两组,实施富马酸替诺福韦二吡呋酯片治疗的35例为对照组,实施富马酸丙酚替诺福韦片治疗的35例为观察组;比较两组治疗效果、乙型肝炎病毒学指标及不良反应。结果 观察组总有效率略高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前及治疗后12、24、48周两组患者各项乙型肝炎病毒学指标比较,均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(5.71%vs 22.86%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.200,P<0.05)。结论 予以CHB患者富马酸丙酚替诺福韦治疗效果显著,不良反应少,安全性高。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of tenofovir alafenamide fumarate in patients with chronic hepati⁃tis B(CHB).Methods A total of 70 CHB patients admitted to Fengxian People´s Hospital from August 2020 to Febru⁃ary 2022 were selected was the research objects divided into two groups by random number table method.35 patients receiving Tenofovir fumarate dipifuroxate tablet were treated as control group,and 35 patients receiving profol tenofo⁃vir fumarate tablet were treated as observation group.The therapeutic effect,hepatitis B virology index and adverse re⁃actions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was slightly higher than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no signifi⁃cant difference in hepatitis B virology indexes between the two groups before treatment and 12,24 and 48 weeks after treatment(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(5.71%vs 22.86%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.200,P<0.05).Conclusion Tenofovir alafenamide fumarate has a significant therapeutic effect on CHB patients,with few adverse reactions and high safety.
