脑血管病诊治中血脂检验的应用研究

Study on the Application of Lipid Tests in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebrovascular Diseases

目的 研究脑血管病诊治中血脂检验的应用价值。方法 选择2022年4月-2023年4月赤峰市医院治疗的40例脑血管病患者,作为研究组;选取同期入院接受健康检查的受检者40例为对照组,均实施血脂检验,分析血脂检验的诊断价值。结果 研究组患者总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白水平均比对照组高,而高密度脂蛋白水平比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血脂检验敏感度为92.5%、特异度为92.5%、准确性为92.5%、误诊率为7.5%、漏诊率为7.5%、阳性预测值为92.5%、阴性预测值为92.5%、假阳性率为7.5%、假阴性率为7.5%、Kappa值为0.85。结论 运用血脂检验方式对脑血管类疾病进行诊断,诊断价值较高,值得运用。

Objective To study the application value of lipid test in the diagnosis and treatment of cerebrovascular dis⁃ease.Methods 40 patients with cerebrovascular diseases treated in Chifeng Hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study group;selected 40 patients who underwent health examinations during the same period as the control group,and all of them underwent blood lipid testing to analyze the diagnostic value of blood lipid testing.Results The levels of total cholesterol,triacylglycerol and low-density lipoprotein in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of high-density lipoprotein were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity of blood lipid test was 92.5%,specificity was 92.5%,accuracy was 92.5%,misdiagnosis rate was 7.5%,missed diagnosis rate was 7.5%,positive predictive value was 92.5%,negative predictive value was 92.5%,false positive rate was 7.5%,false negative rate was 7.5%,and Kappa value was 0.85.Conclusion The use of blood lipid testing for the diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases has high diagnostic value and is worth applying.
