微创旋切手术与常规手术治疗乳腺良性肿块的效果及VAS评分影响评价

Evaluation of Effect of Minimally Invasive Rotary Surgery and Conventional Surgery on Benign Breast Masses and the Influence of VAS Score

目的 评价与分析微创旋切手术与常规手术治疗乳腺良性肿块的效果及VAS评分影响。方法 便利选取2017年1月—2021年12月泉州东南医院普外科收治的乳腺良性肿块患者112例纳入本次研究,按照数表法随机分组,对照组56例患者进行常规手术治疗方案,观察组56例患者则进行微创旋切手术方案,观察两组患者相关临床指标与并发症情况,并对比分析两组患者在治疗前后的疼痛度。结果 观察组患者手术时间,术中出血量、首次下床活动时间、切口愈合时间以及住院时间等相关临床指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为3.57%,显著低于对照组的14.29%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.953,P=0.047);治疗前两组患者VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在针对乳腺良性肿块患者的治疗中,微创旋切手术比常规手术方式治疗效果更佳,可有效帮助改善相关临床指标,减轻身体疼痛度,而且还可降低并发症发生率,具有重要临床价值。

Objective To evaluate and analyze the effect of minimally invasive rotary surgery and conventional surgery on benign breast masses and the influence of VAS score.Methods Convenient selection 112 patients with benign breast masses admitted to the Department of General Surgery of Quanzhou Southeast Hospital from January 2017 to December 2021 were included in this study,and randomly grouped according to the numerical table method.Fifty-six patients in the control group underwent conventional surgical treatment,and fifty-six patients in the observation group underwent minimally invasive rotary surgery.The relevant clinical indicators and complications of the two groups were observed,and the pain degree of the two groups before and after treatment was compared.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,first time of getting out of bed,incision healing time and hospital stay of the observation group were better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was 3.57%in the observation group,lower than 14.29%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.953,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in VAS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).However,after the treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with benign breast masses,minimally invasive rotatory surgery has better therapeutic effect than conventional surgery.It can effectively help improve relevant clinical indicators,reduce body pain,and reduce the incidence of complications,which has important clinical value.
