基于聚焦解决模式的心理干预对股骨骨折患者心理健康与术后康复效果的影响

The Impact of Psychological Intervention Based on a Focused Solution Model on The Mental Health and Postoperative Rehabilitation Outcomes of Patients with Femoral Fractures

目的 探讨基于聚焦解决模式的心理干预在股骨骨折患者中的应用价值。方法 随机选取2019年9月-2021年9月福建省福州市罗源县中医院收治的60例股骨骨折患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法均分为对照组(n=30,行常规护理)和观察组(n=30,基于对照组联合基于聚焦解决模式的心理干预),对比两组护理前后心理健康状况、康复锻炼依从性、肢体功能和运动能力。结果 比较护理前各项指标,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组自我肯定、康复锻炼依从性、肢体功能和运动功能评分高于护理前,忧郁评分和焦虑评分低于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组护理后忧郁和焦虑评分更低,自我肯定、康复锻炼依从性更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组肢体功能评分(78.36±6.12)分与运动功能评分(27.36±3.16)分更高,差异有统计学意义(t=5.539、3.921,P<0.05)。结论 基于聚焦解决模式的心理干预可促进股骨骨折患者心理健康,也可提高康复锻炼依从性,对患者肢体功能和运动功能均有改善作用。

Objective To explore the application value of psychological intervention based on focused solution mode in patients with femoral fractures.Methods 60 patients with femoral fracture who were admitted to Luoyuan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Fuzhou City,Fujian Province from September 2019 to September 2021 were randomly selected as research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(n=30,routine care)and observation group(n=30,based on the control group combined psychological intervention based on focused solution mode),compared the mental health status,rehabilitation exercise compliance,limb function and sports ability of the two groups before and after nursing.Results There was no statistically significant difference in various indicators before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the self-evaluation,rehabilitation exercise compliance,limb function,and motor function scores of the two groups were higher than before nursing,while the depression and anxiety scores were lower than before nursing,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower scores of depression and anxiety after nursing,higher self-affirmation,and compliance with rehabilitation exercises,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher limb function scores(78.36±6.12)points and motor function scores(27.36±3.16)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.539,3.921,P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention based on the focused solution model can promote the mental health of patients with femoral fractures and improve their compliance with rehabilitation exercises.It has an improvement effect on both limb and motor functions of patients.
