摘要
目的 分析对老年糖尿病患者开展尿白蛋白(micro albuminuria, mALB)、免疫球蛋白G(immunoglobulin G, IgG)以及β2微球蛋白(β2-microglobulin, β2MG)检验的诊断价值。方法 选取2021年5月-2023年2月期间湖北省十堰市房县人民医院检验科接收的59例健康体检老年人作为对照组,选取同期接受检验的59例糖尿病老年患者作为研究组,两组均开展mALB、IgG以及β2MG检验,对比两组检验结果,同时对比研究组中不同疾病类型患者的mALB、IgG以及β2MG水平。结果 研究组mALB、IgG以及β2MG水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组中,糖尿病肾病患者的mALB、IgG以及β2MG水平均高于单纯糖尿病患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 mALB、IgG以及β2MG在老年糖尿病疾病中均呈现高水平表达,且病情越严重各项指标水平越高,对于本病的临床诊断与病情评估有指导作用。
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of urine albumin(mALB),immunoglobulin G(IgG)andβ2-microglobulin(β2MG)tests in elderly patients with diabetes.Methods From May 2021 to February 2023,59 elderly people who received physical examination from the Laboratory Department of Fangxian People's Hospital,Shiyan City,Hubei Province were selected as the control group,and 59 elderly patients with diabetes who were tested at the same time were selected as the study group.Both groups tests of mALB,IgG andβ2MG,compared the test results of the two groups,and at the same time,compared the mALB,IgG andβ2MG levels of patients with different disease types in the study group.Results The levels of mALB,IgG,andβ2MG in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,the levels of mALB,IgG andβ2MG in patients with diabetes nephropathy were higher than those in patients with simple diabetes,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion mALB,IgG andβ2MG are all expressed at high levels in elderly diabetes,and the more serious the condition is,the higher the level of various indicators will be,which has a guiding role in the clinical diagnosis and assessment of the disease.
