多样化护理干预对老年糖尿病合并脑出血患者术后康复的影响

Effect of Diversified Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Rehabilitation of Elderly Patients with Diabetes Complicated with Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的 探讨多样化护理干预对老年糖尿病合并脑出血患者术后康复的影响。方法 选取2020年6月-2022年5月福建医科大学附属第一医院接收的88例行颅内血肿清除术治疗的糖尿病合并脑出血患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法均分为对照组(给予常规护理干预)和观察组(给予常规护理+多样化护理干预),每组44例,观察两组的血糖指标变化,比较两组的并发症发生率及护理满意率。结果 出院时,观察组的血糖指标水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率为4.55%,显著低于对照组的20.45%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意率为97.73%,显著高于对照组的79.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对老年糖尿病合并脑出血患者术后给予多样化护理干预,能够有效降低患者的血糖水平,降低患者术后并发症发生率,提高患者护理满意率。

Objective To explore the effect of diversified nursing intervention on postoperative rehabilitation of elderly patients with diabetes complicated with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Eighty-eight patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral hemorrhage who underwent intracranial hematoma removal from the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from June 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(given routine nursing intervention)and observation group(given routine nursing intervention+diversified nursing intervention)according to random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The blood glucose index of the two groups was observed,and the complication rate and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results At discharge,the blood glucose index of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.55%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(20.45%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.73%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(79.55%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified nursing intervention for elderly patients with diabetes complicated with cerebral hemorrhage after surgery can effectively reduce the blood sugar level of patients,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications rate,and improve the nursing satisfaction rate of patients.
