健康教育在儿童糖尿病护理中的应用及依从性分析

Application and Compliance Analysis of Health Education in Pediatric Diabetes Care

目的研讨健康教育在儿童糖尿病护理中的应用及对患儿依从性的影响。方法选取2020年5月-2022年7月莆田学院附属医院收治的糖尿病患儿82例,按照随机数表法均等归入两组,对照组接受常规护理,观察组基于对照组干预条件开展健康教育,比较两组患儿干预前后的血糖水平、自护能力以及治疗依从性。结果观察组干预后血糖指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后自护能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿治疗依从率(92.68%)高于对照组(75.61%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育能够有效提高糖尿病患儿的治疗依从性与自护能力,并获得更稳定的血糖控制效果。

Objective To study the application of health education in the care of children with diabetes mellitus and its influence on the compliance of children.Methods A total of 82 diabetic children admitted to Putian University Affiliated Hospital from May 2020 to July 2022 were selected and equally divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group carried out health education based on the intervention conditions of the control group.The blood glucose levels,self-care ability and treatment compliance of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results The blood glucose indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of self-care ability in observation group were higher than those in control group after intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment compliance rate of observation group(92.68%)was higher than that of control group(75.61%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education can effectively improve the treatment compliance and self-care ability of diabetic children,and obtain a more stable blood glucose control effect.
