摘要
目的 探讨依帕司他联合硫辛酸治疗老年糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetic peripheral neuropathy, DPN)的临床效果。方法 选择2021年1-12月南平市第二医院接诊的老年DPN患者99例,以不同治疗方式进行分组,每组33例。对照1组单独使用硫辛酸进行治疗,对照2组单独使用依帕司他进行治疗,研究组使用硫辛酸联合依帕司他进行治疗,对比这3组氧化应激反应相关因子以及神经传导相关指标水平。结果 治疗后,研究组氧化应激反应相关因子水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组疾病症状缓解情况优于对照组,且神经传导相关指标高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组治疗效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 依帕司他和硫辛酸通过抑制氧化应激及炎症反应可以有效改善DPN患者的神经功能,且治疗效果优于单独用药。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of epalrestat combined with lipoic acid in the treatment of elderly diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods From January to December 2021,99 elderly patients with DPN who were admitted to the Second Hospital of Nanping City were selected,and they were divided into different groups with 33 cases in each group.The control group 1 was treated with Lipoic acid alone,the control group 2 was treated with epalrestat alone,and the study group was treated with lipoic acid combined with epalrestat.The levels of oxidative stress related factors and nerve conduction related indicators in the three groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of oxidative stress response related factors in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the remission of disease symptoms in the study group was better than that in the control group,and nerve conduction related indicators were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the treatment effect of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Eplastat and lipoic acid can effectively improve the neurological function of DPN patients by inhibiting oxidative stress and inflammatory reaction,and the therapeutic effect is better than that of single drug.
