血清C肽与糖化血红蛋白联合检验对于糖尿病的诊断价值分析

Analysis of the Diagnostic Value of Combined Detection of Serum C peptide and Glycosylated Hemoglobin in Diabetes

目的将血清C肽(C-Peptide,C-P)与糖化血红蛋白(glycosylated hemoglobin,HbA1c)的联合检验应用在糖尿病患者的鉴别诊断当中,对其应用价值进行观察与分析。方法选取2021年12月—2022年12月湖北省十堰市竹溪县人民医院和湖北省十堰市房县人民医院的126例疑似糖尿病患者为研究对象,均接受单一血清C-P、单一HbA1c检测与血清C-P+HbA1c联合检测,分析3种检测方式的检测结果与诊断效能。结果单一C-P检测的真阳性患者检出例数为56例,占比88.89%。单一HbA1c检测的真阳性患者检出例数为57例,占比为90.48%。C-P+HbA1c联合检测手段的真阳性患者检出例数为63例,占比为100.00%。血清C-P+HbA1c联合检测的灵敏度、准确度相较于单一C-P检测、单一HbA1c检测更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清C-P联合HbA1c的检测方式能够有效克服单一化的血清C-P、HbA1c检测的缺点,充分发挥出相互补充的效果,可有效发挥出糖尿病鉴别诊断的价值,显示出较高的准确度、灵敏度,有利于制定或调整相应治疗方案,值得推广和应用。

Objective The combined test of serum C-Peptide(C-P)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)was ap⁃plied in the differential diagnosis of diabetic patients,and its application value was observed and analyzed.Methods A total of 126 patients with suspected diabetes who were enrolled in Zhuxi County People's Hospital and Fang County People's Hospital of Shiyan City,Hubei Province from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.All of them received single serum C-P and single HbA1c detection and combined serum C-P+HbA1c detec⁃tion.The detection results and diagnostic efficacy of the three detection methods were analyzed.Results The number of true positive patients detected by single C-P test was 56,accounting for 88.89%.The number of true positive pa⁃tients with single HbA1c detection was 57,accounting for 90.48%.The number of true positive patients with C-P+HbA1c combined detection method was 63 cases,accounting for 100.00%.The sensitivity and accuracy of serum C-P+HbA1c combined detection were higher than that of single C-P detection and single HbA1c detection,and the dif⁃ference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection method of serum C-P combined with HbA1c can effectively overcome the shortcomings of single serum C-P and HbA1c detection,give full play to the complementary effect,and effectively play the value of differential diagnosis of diabetes,showing high accuracy and sensitivity,which is conducive to the formulation or adjustment of the corresponding treatment plan,and is worthy of promotion and application.
