消渴通痹汤对糖尿病伴冠心病心绞痛患者FPG、2 hPG等的影响分析

Effect of Xiaoketongbi Decoction on FPG and 2 hPG in Patients with An⁃gina Pectoris of Diabetes Mellitus and Coronary Heart Disease

目的分析消渴通痹汤对糖尿病伴冠心病心绞痛患者空腹血糖(fasting plasma glucose,FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2-hour postprandial blood glucose,2 hPG)等的影响。方法选取2021年12月—2022年12月公安县中医医院心病科收治的糖尿病伴冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)心绞痛患者100例为研究对象,使用随机数表法分为两组,每组50例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上增加消渴通痹汤治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果,并比较两组治疗前后FPG、2 hPG和糖化血红蛋白(glycated hemoglobin,HbA1c)水平。结果观察组的治疗效果显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组的FPG、2 hPG和HbA1c水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组的血糖水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用消渴通痹汤治疗糖尿病伴冠心病心绞痛能更好地改善患者的血糖水平。

Objective To analyze the effects of Xiaoketongbi Decoction on fasting plasma glucose(FPG)and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG)in patients with diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease angina pectoris.Methods A total of 100 patients with diabetes mellitus and angina pectoris with coronary heart disease treated in Gong'an County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group using random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Xiaoke⁃tongbi decoction on the basis of control group.Compared the treatment effect between the two groups,and FPG,2 hPG and glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in FPG,2 hPG and HbA1c levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the blood glucose level of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoketongbi Decoction can better improve the blood sugar level of patients with diabetes and coronary heart disease angina pectoris.
