个体化饮食指导在妊娠期糖尿病治疗中的临床价值分析

Clinical Value Analysis of Individualized Dietary Guidance in the Treat⁃ment of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的分析个体化饮食指导在妊娠期糖尿病治疗中的临床价值。方法选取2019年7月—2022年7月泉州市丰泽区丰泽街道社区卫生服务中心的50例妊娠期糖尿病患者,按照随机数表法分为两组,各25例。对照组采用常规饮食指导,研究组采用个体化饮食指导,评估对比两组患者血糖控制效果。结果研究组依从性总分为(95.74±3.66)分,显著高于对照组的(92.68±4.23)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、总胆固醇及分娩时体质指数,显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良母婴结局发生率、孕期增重显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妊娠期糖尿病治疗中实施个体化饮食指导不仅可提升孕产妇依从性,稳定控制孕产妇血糖指标,降低其血脂水平,减少孕期增重,还可有效改善母婴结局,提升孕产妇生活质量。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of individualized dietary guidance in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods From July 2019 to July 2022,50 patients with gestational diabetes were selected from the community health service center in Fengze Street,Fengze District,Quanzhou City,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,25 patients in each group.The control group received routine dietary guidance,while the study group received individualized dietary guidance.Evaluated and compared the effectiveness of blood glucose control between the two groups of patients.Results The total score of the compliance of the study group(95.74±3.66)points was significantly higher than that of the control group(92.68±4.23)points,the difference was sta⁃tistically significant(P<0.05).The HbA1c,2 hPG,FPG,LDL-C,TC,and BMI during delivery in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes and weight gain during pregnancy in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of individualized dietary guidance in the treatment of gestational diabetes can not only improve maternal compliance,stably control maternal blood glucose indicators,reduce blood lipid levels,reduce weight gain during pregnancy,but also effectively improve maternal and child outcomes and improve maternal quality of life.
