个体化饮食治疗对妊娠期糖尿病患者治疗结局的影响评价

Evaluation of the Influence of Individualized Diet Therapy on the Treat⁃ment Outcome of Patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨个体化饮食治疗对妊娠期糖尿病患者治疗结局的影响。方法选取2019年1月—2022年1月浦城县总医院仙阳分院妇产科收治的80例妊娠期糖尿病患者,按照随机数表法分为两组,各40例,对照组采用常规治疗指导,观察组在对照组基础上采用个体化饮食治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果干预后观察组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、随机血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组患者的糖尿病饮食知识、饮食搭配、提醒点建立、饮食自控行为评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良妊娠结局发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个体化饮食治疗在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用,可以明显改善患者的血糖指标,提高其饮食治疗能力,从而有利于改善妊娠结局。

Objective To explore the effect of individualized diet therapy on the treatment outcome of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods From January 2019 to January 2022,80 pregnant women with diabetes in the department of obstetrics and gynecology of Xianyang Branch of Pucheng County General Hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment guidance,while the observation group received individualized dietary treatment on the ba⁃sis of the control group.Compared the treatment effects between the two groups.Results After intervention,the fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,random blood glucose,and glycated hemoglobin levels of the obser⁃vation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after the intervention,the scores of diabetes diet knowledge,diet matching,reminder point establishment and diet self-control behavior in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differ⁃ence was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of individualized diet therapy in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus can significantly improve the blood sugar index of patients and improve their ability of diet therapy.Therefore,it is beneficial to improve the preg⁃nancy outcome.
