利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍对2型糖尿病合并多囊卵巢综合征的治疗效果分析

Efficacy of Liraglutide Combined with Metformin in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的分析对2型糖尿病合并多囊卵巢综合征患者治疗时联合应用利拉鲁肽和二甲双胍的治疗效果。方法抽取2021年10月—2022年10月期间临沂市交通医院妇科收治的2型糖尿病合并多囊卵巢综合征患者90例,将其以随机信封法平均分成参照组(n=45)和观察组(n=45),参照组患者在治疗期间仅服用二甲双胍,观察组患者服用二甲双胍和利拉鲁肽,对两组患者血清性激素水平、胰岛素抵抗指数、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平、治疗期间不良反应发生率进行比较。结果治疗后,两组患者清性激素水平低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组间治疗前与治疗后的血清性激素水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗期间两组患者不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论治疗2型糖尿病合并多囊卵巢综合征时,采取利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍的治疗方案可改善患者的血清性激素水平,降低胰岛素抵抗程度,改善血糖水平,且用药安全性较好,具有较高应用价值。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of liraglutide combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabe⁃tes mellitus with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods A total of ninety patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus compli⁃cated with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted to the Department of Gynecology,Linyi Transportation Hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were randomly divided into the control group(n=45)and the observation group(n=45)by random envelope method.Patients in the control group were given metformin alone during treatment,and patients in the observation group were given liraglutide in addition to metformin.Serum sex hormone levels,insulin resistance index,fasting blood glucose,2 hour postprandial blood glucose and the incidence of adverse reactions during treat⁃ment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of sex hormones in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum sex hormone levels be⁃tween groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reac⁃tions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with polycystic ovary syndrome,liraglutide combined with metformin can improve the serum sex hormone level,reduce the degree of insulin resistance and improve the blood glucose level,and the drug safety is good,and has high application value.
