协同护理模式在老年糖尿病合并慢阻肺患者中的应用

Application of Collaborative Nursing Model in Elderly Patients with Diabetes Mellitus and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的探究在老年糖尿病合并慢阻肺患者护理中采用协同护理干预模式的干预效果。方法选取2021年8月—2022年8月泉州市第一医院住院诊治的120例老年糖尿病合并慢阻肺患者为研究对象。采用随机数表法将其分为对照组(n=60)与观察组(n=60)。对照组予以常规护理干预,观察组予以协同护理干预。对比研究两组在入院时与护理后的血糖状况、自我管理行为及遵医依从性。结果两组入院时的各项血糖指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,观察组血糖水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的中文版老年糖尿病自我管理行为量表评分高于对照组,且遵医依从性各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论协同护理干预可纠正老年糖尿病合并慢阻肺患者的自我管理行为,有效控制血糖,促使患者主动参与到治疗护理中,调动积极主动性,其具有一定临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the intervention effect of collaborative nursing intervention mode in the nursing of el⁃derly patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with diabetes and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who were hospitalized in Quanzhou First Hos⁃pital from August 2021 to August 2022 were collected as research objects.The collected subjects were divided into control group(n=60)and observation group(n=60)by random number table method.The control group received con⁃ventional nursing intervention,and the observation group received coordinated nursing intervention.The blood glucose status,self-management behavior and medical compliance were compared between the two groups when they were ad⁃mitted to the hospital and after the nursing.Results There was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose indexes between the two groups on admission(P>0.05).The level of blood glucose in the observation group after nurs⁃ing was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the Chinese version of the Elderly Diabetes Self-management Behavior Scale of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the scores of compliance with the medicine were all higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Collaborative nursing intervention can cor⁃rect the self-management behavior of elderly patients with diabetes and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,effec⁃tively control blood glucose,encourage patients to actively participate in treatment and nursing,and mobilize their en⁃thusiasm.It has certain clinical application value.
