PBL式健康教育应用于妊娠期糖尿病患者护理中的价值探究

Exploration on the Value of PBL Health Education Applied in Nursing Care of Patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的探究妊娠期糖尿病患者护理中以问题为基础(problem based learning,PBL)式健康教育的应用价值。方法选取2020年1月—2022年2月泉州市第一医院120例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为研究对象。将于2020年1月—2021年1月在本院接受治疗的60例妊娠期糖尿病患者纳入参照组,采用常规护理;并将2021年2月—2022年2月在本院接受治疗的60例妊娠期糖尿病患者纳入研究组,采用PBL式健康教育。观察不同护理模式在妊娠期糖尿病患者护理中的应用价值。结果两组患者护理后血糖水平均低于护理前,且研究组护理后血糖水平均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理总依从率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后两组患者生活质量各项评分均高于护理前,研究组生活质量各项评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者护理中应用PBL式健康教育,临床护理效果显著,改善患者血糖水平的同时,还可提高患者护理依从性并改善患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the application value of problem based learning(PBL)health education in nursing care of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods From January 2020 to February 2022,120 patients with gestational diabetes in Quanzhou First Hospital were selected as research objects.60 patients with gestational diabetes who were treated in the hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were included in the reference group,and routine nursing was adopted;60 patients with gestational diabetes who were treated in the hospital from February 2021 to Feb⁃ruary 2022 were included in the study group,and PBL health education was adopted.To observe the application value of different nursing modes in the nursing of patients with gestational diabetes.Results The average blood glucose lev⁃els of the two groups of patients after nursing were lower than before nursing,and the average blood glucose levels of the study group after nursing were lower than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of nursing in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the dif⁃ference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life scores of the two groups of patients were higher than before nursing,and the quality of life scores of the study group were higher than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL health education in the nurs⁃ing care of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus has a significant clinical nursing effect.It can not only improve the blood glucose level of patients,but also improve the patients nursing compliance and improve the quality of life of patients.
