高职院校职业规划与就业指导辅导员工作室建设研究——以常州机电职业技术学院“启航”辅导员工作室为例

Research on the Construction of Vocational Planning and Employment Guidance Counselor’s Studio in Higher Vocational Colleges—Taking the“Sailing”Instructor Workshop of Changzhou Vocational Institute of Mechatronic Technology as an Example

辅导员工作室是一项系统性的建设工程,是加强辅导员队伍建设的重要平台,是推进就业育人工作的主要阵地。针对高职院校辅导员工作室建设过程中存在的政策条例不完善、队伍建设不系统、功能定位不明确、评价体系不健全等问题,提出上层引领、向下扎根、内部联动、向外延伸的工作理念,探索辅导员工作室建设的有效路径。

The counselor studio is a systematic construction project,an important platform for strengthening the construction of the counselor team,and a main position for promoting employment and education work.In response to the problems of imperfect policies and regulations,unsystematic team building,unclear functional positioning,and incomplete evaluation system in the construction of counselor studios in higher vocational colleges,this paper proposed a work philosophy of leading from the top,taking root downward,internal linkage,and extending outward,to explore effective paths for the construction of counselor studios.
