摘要
针对传统毛衫在开发中消耗过多劳动力、时间和原料等问题,从可持续发展角度,提出全成形毛衫可持续设计开发策略。从原料选择、设计周期、多结构款式设计、三维编织工艺以及虚拟试衣等方面探讨全成形毛衫产品的全流程可持续设计。结果显示,与成形类毛衫相比,全成形毛衫编织效率提高,工时和原料消耗减少。结果表明,依据可持续发展策略进行全成形毛衫产品的开发,可有效践行绿色环保低碳制造模式,是毛衫产业可持续发展的优选路径。
In response to the problem of excessive labor,time,and raw materials consumption in the development of traditional sweaters,a sustainable design and development strategy for fully formed sweaters is proposed from the perspective of sustainable development.By exploring the full process sustainable design of fully formed sweater products from the perspectives of raw material selection,design cycle,multi structure style design,3D weaving process,and virtual fitting,the results show that compared to formed sweaters,fully formed sweaters have improved weaving efficiency,reduced labor hours and raw material consumption.It indicates that the development of fully formed sweater products based on sustainable development strategies can effectively implement the green,environmentally friendly,and low-carbon manufacturing model,which is the optimal path for the sustainable development of the sweater industry.
