超重和肥胖人群幽门螺杆菌感染与代谢指标的相关性研究

The Correlation between Helicobacter Pylori Infection and Metabolic Indexes in People with Overweight and Obesity

目的:探讨超重和肥胖人群幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染与血脂、血糖及血压等代谢指标的相关性。方法:回顾性分析2022-01-2022-10在本院健康管理中心进行体检的759名超重和肥胖人员,根据14 C-尿素呼气试验的结果将其分为Hp阳性组(247名)和Hp阴性组(512名),观察比较两组人员血压、血糖、血脂相关指标的差异,并应用Logistic回归模型分析影响Hp感染的危险因素。结果:Hp阳性组收缩压(SPB)、空腹血糖(FBG)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)水平明显高于Hp阴性组(P<0.05);Hp阳性组SPB、FBG、TG异常率高于Hp阴性组(P<0.05),Logistic逐步回归分析结果显示,SPB是Hp感染的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:Hp感染会加重超重和肥胖人群糖脂代谢紊乱以及血压升高,而SPB的升高也是Hp感染的重要影响因素。

Objective:To explore the correlation between helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection and the metabolic indexes including blood pressure,fasting blood-glucose,blood lipid level in people with overweight and obesity.Method:Using retrospective analysis methods,759 individuals with overweight or obesity who were received health checkup on health administration center from January to October 2022 were selected as the subjects.According to the results of 14 C-urea breath test,the subjects were divided into Hp positive group(n=247)and Hp negative group(n=512).The difference of blood pressure,fasting blood-glucose,blood lipid level between two groups were compared,and the risk factors of Hp infection were analyzed by Logistic regression model.Results:The level of systolic blood pressure(SPB),fasting blood-glucose(FBG),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC)in Hp positive group was significantly higher than Hp negative group(P<0.05).The abnormal rate of SPB,FBG,TG in Hp positive group was significantly higher than Hp negative group(P<0.05).The logistic regression analysis showed that SPB was an independent influencing factor for Hp infection(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hp infection can aggravate the disorder of glucose and lipid metabolism and the increase of blood pressure among people with overweight and obesity.Besides,the increase of SPB were an important risk factor of Hp infection.
