Development of Prefabricated Buildings and Quality Supervision of Concrete Construction

随着装配式建筑的发展,各地区职能部门对装配式建筑的监管方式不一。从国内外装配式建筑的发展背景出发,以装配式混凝土建筑为例,分析装配式建筑在设计、生产和安装3个阶段存在的质量隐患,并从监管职能、主体责任和监管方式3个方面为装配式建筑监管提供参考和经验。

With the development of prefabricated buildings,functional departments in different regions have respective ways of supervision.Starting from the development background of prefabricated buildings domestically and abroad,taking prefabricated concrete buildings as an example,this paper has analyzed the hidden quality problems from the three stages of design,production and installation.It provides references and experiences for the supervision of prefabricated buildings from three aspects:the supervision functions,the main responsibilities and the supervision methods.
