格鲁斑胶合竹低温力学性能试验与有限元分析

摘要 为明确在严寒地区胶合竹的低温力学性能,文中通过静曲试验研究了薄篾格鲁斑胶合竹(绝干状态与气干状态)在低温状态下(-80~20℃)与冻融循环后的低温力学性能,并通过ABAQUS有限元分析,模拟了薄篾格鲁斑胶合竹气干材在低温状态下的破坏过程。结果表明薄篾格鲁斑胶合竹在北方寒冷地区气温范围内能保持良好的力学性能。随着温度下降,薄篾格鲁斑胶合竹气干材抗弯强度逐渐增大,直到-80℃发生大幅降低,而绝干材的抗弯性能基本保持不变。冻融循环对格鲁斑胶合竹的力学性能影响较小,格鲁斑胶合竹力学性能降低与低温状态下胶黏剂的强度降低有密切关系。为格鲁斑胶合竹在严寒地区推广提供有利的技术支撑。 To obtain the mechanical properties of glue laminated bamboo(glubam)in severe cold regions,the low-temperature mechanical properties of thin-strip glubam(air-dried and oven-dried)at low temperature(-80~20℃)and a freeze-thaw cycle are investigated through static bending tests.The failure mode of air-dried glubam at low temperatures is simulated through finite element analysis of ABAQUS.The results show that glubam has good me⁃chanical properties within the temperature range in cold regions of northern China.As the temperature decreases,the flexural strength of air-dried glubam gradually increases until a significant decrease at-80℃,while the flexural properties of oven-dried material remain almost unchanged.The freeze-thaw cycle has limited influence on glubam.The decrease in the mechanical properties of glubam is closely related to the decrease in the strength of adhesives.
