深基坑开挖对邻近老旧房屋的影响分析

摘要 为研究深基坑开挖对邻近老旧房屋的影响变形,文中通过对地铁车站深基坑施工过程中的监测数据进行分析,研究了基坑施工期间周边老旧房屋沉降和倾斜变形规律。结果表明当房屋距离基坑较远时,房屋变形不明显,但当房屋距离基坑较近时,距离基坑越近房屋沉降和倾斜越明显,且在一定间距时出现峰值,超过峰值后呈现出距基坑越近,影响越不明显的规律,可为后续类似工程提供参考。 In order to study the influence and deformation of deep foundation pit excavation on adjacent old houses,this paper analyzes the monitoring data during the construction of deep foundation pit in subway stations,and stud⁃ies the settlement and tilt deformation laws of surrounding old houses during foundation pit construction.The results show that when the house is far from the foundation pit,the house deformation is not obvious,whereas when the house is closer to the foundation pit,the closer the foundation pit,the more obvious the house settlement and inclination,and the peak occurs at a certain distance.After the peak is exceeded,the closer to the foundation pit,the less obvious the impact.
