浅谈碳计量对于实现“双碳”目标的重要作用

Analysis of the Important Role of Carbon Measurement in Achieving the Goal of"Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutralization"

根据我国对低碳经济发展的要求,分析了我国为实现碳达峰与碳中和(简称“双碳”)目标的现状和存在的主要问题,从碳排放权交易(简称“碳交易”)、实现“双碳”目标和企业绿色发展的角度,总结了碳计量对于实现该任务的重要作用,并对如何推进“双碳”标准计量体系的建设提出建议。

According to China's requirements for the development of low-carbon economy,this paper analyzes the current situation and main problems of China's goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality(referred to as"dual carbon"),and summarizes the important role of carbon metering in realizing this task from the perspectives of car-bon emiss ion rights trading(referred to as"carbon trading"),realizing the goal of"dual carbon"and the green development of enterprises.And how to promote the construction of"double carbon"standard measurement system is proposed.
