药物溶出度仪同轴度测量方法的对比研究

摘要 百分表广泛应用于药物溶出度仪同轴度测量的计量标准器中。但用其测量同轴度时,存在读数不便、操作时示值误差大等问题。根据《药物溶出度仪机械验证指导原则》要求,提出用激光位移传感器测量同轴度,并将与传统测量同轴度的方法进行比较和实验验证。结果表明:该方法满足溶出度仪同轴度机械验证的需求,适用性广,且大大提高了工作效率。 The dial indicator is widely used in the coaxial degree measurement instruments of drug dissolution me-ters.When measuring axiality with the dial indicator,there are many troubles,such as inconvenient reading,large measuremen terrors.According to"Guidelines for Mechanical Verification of Drug Dissolution Meter",propose to use laser displacement sensors to measure coaxial degree,and compare this method with traditional method for meas-uring coaxial degree.The results show that using this method can meet the needs of mechanical verification of coaxial degree of dissolution meters,has w ide applicability,and greatly improves work efficiency.
