全膝关节置换术后患者自我护理能力现状及其与希望水平和家庭功能的相关性

Status of Self-care Ability in Patients After Total Knee Replacement and its Correlation With Hope Level and Family Function

目的分析全膝关节置换术后患者自我护理能力现状及其与希望水平和家庭功能的相关性。方法选择河南省洛阳正骨医院2022年9月至2023年3月收治的行全膝关节置换术治疗的98例骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象。采用自我护理能力量表(ESCA)对患者的自护能力进行评估,依照ESCA评分对患者分组,ESCA≥56分判定为正常组,否则记为异常组。调查患者临床资料,采用自我护理能力量表(ESCA)对患者自我护理能力进行评估;采用社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对患者的社会支持情况进行调查;采用希望水平量表(HHI)对患者的希望水平进行评估;采用家庭功能评估量表(APGAR)对患者的家庭功能进行评估。结果正常组患者受教育程度、经济状况高于异常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);正常组患者社会支持、希望水平评分高于异常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);正常组患者家庭功能成熟度、情感度、合作度、适应度评分均高于异常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者希望水平和家庭功能的成熟度、情感度、合作度、适应度与患者自我护理能力评分呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论全膝关节置换术后患者自我护理能力与患者希望水平和家庭功能呈正相关性,提高希望水平和家庭功能可提升患者自我护理能力,改善患者健康状况。

Objective To analyze the status of self-care ability of patients after total knee replacement and its correlation with hope level and family function.Methods A total of 98 patients with osteoarthritis who underwent total knee arthroplasty from September 2022 to March 2023 in Luoyang Orthopedic Hospital of Henan Province were selected as the study objects.Exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA)was used to evaluate the self-care ability of patients.Patients were divided into groups according to ESCA score,and ESCA score≥56 was considered as normal group,otherwise it was recorded as abnormal group.The clinical data of the patients were investigated,and the self-care ability scale(ESCA)was used to evaluate the self-care ability of the patients.Social support rating scale(SSRS)was used to investigate the social support of patients.Herth hope index(HHI)was used to evaluate the hope level of patients.Family function was assessed using the adaptation,partnership,growth,affection,resolve(APGAR).Results The education level and economic status of patients in the normal group were higher than those in the abnormal group(P<0.05).The scores of self-care ability,social support and hope level in the normal group were higher than those in the abnormal group(P<0.05).The scores of family functional maturity,emotion degree,cooperation degree and fitness of patients in the normal group were higher than those in the abnormal group(P<0.05).Patients’hope level and the maturity,emotion,cooperation and fitness of family function were positively correlated with patients’self-care ability scores(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-care ability of patients after total knee arthroplasty is positively correlated with the level of hope and family function of patients.Improving the level of hope and family function can enhance the self-care ability of patients and improve the health status of patients.
