硅青铜和铝青铜光谱分析标准物质的研制

摘要 研制了2种硅青铜和10种铝青铜光谱分析标准物质。该标准物质以高纯铜为主料、按杂质元素的性质分批分期加入Cu-Fe、Ni、Si、Pb、Sn、Cu-As、Cu-S、Zn、Mn、Cr、Al、Cu-P等12种成分,采用250 kg中频感应炉冶炼,半连续铸造,2000吨水压挤压机挤压而成,确保了标准物质的均匀性。8家权威实验室用准确可靠的分析方法确定了13种元素的标准值和不确定度。元素定值区间分别为:Cu 80.92%~95.77%,Pb 0.0002%~0.0015%,Zn 0.0011%~0.034%,P0.0004%~0.0061%,Fe0.027%~4.09%,Sn0.0012%~0.033%,As0.00015%~0.0004%,Al7.69%~10.26%,Mn0.055%~2.10%,Ni0.030%~4.48%,Si0.0084%~3.31%,Cr0.012%~0.026%,S0.0008%~0.0009%。定值结果的扩展不确定度为0.00004%~0.10%(k=2)。该标准物质的均匀性与稳定性良好,定值结果准确,已被国家市场监督管理总局批准为国家级标准物质,硅青铜标准物质编号为GBW(E)020176、GBW(E)020177,铝青铜标准物质编号为GBW(E)020164~GBW(E)020173。 The certified reference materials(CRM)of two silicon bronzes and ten aluminum bronzes for spectral analysis were developed.Using 250 kg middle-frequency induction furnace to smelt,half-continuous cast,2000 ton hydraulic extruder to extrude,ensure the CRM,homogeneity.The certified reference materials were based on high-pure copper as the main material,and 12 impurity elements such as Cu-Fe,Ni,Si,Pb,Sn,Cu-As,Cu-S,Zn,Mn,Cr,Al and Cu-P were added by stage in batches according to the nature of impurities.The standard values and uncertainty of 13 elements in CRM have been determined by eight authority laboratories using accurate analysis methods.The value results are that:Cu 80.92%-95.77%,Pb 0.0002%-0.0015%,Zn 0.0011%-0.034%,P 0.0004%-0.0061%,Fe 0.027%-4.09%,Sn 0.0012%-0.033%,As 0.00015%-0.0004%,Al 7.69%-10.26%,Mn 0.055%-2.10%,Ni 0.030%-4.48%,Si 0.0084%-3.31%,Cr 0.012%-0.026%and S 0.0008%-0.0009%.The expansion uncertainty of the value results was 0.00004%-0.10%(k=2).According to the investigation,the homogeneity and stability of the CRM were well.The reference materials have been approved as national certified reference materials,the reference material numbers are as follows:silicon bronze GBW(E)020176,GBW(E)020177,aluminum bronze GBW(E)020164-GBW(E)020173.
