高效液相色谱法同时测定益肾保健酒中9种有效成分

Simultaneous determination of 9 active components in Yishen Health Wine by HPLC

建立高效液相色谱法测定益肾保健酒中5-羟甲基糠醛、阿魏酸、肉桂醛、朝藿定A、朝藿定B、朝藿定C、淫羊藿苷、宝藿苷I、藁本内酯的含量。采用Sepax HP C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)分离,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,流量为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为280 nm,柱温为30℃,进样体积10μL。9种目标物在各自质量浓度范围内与色谱峰面积具有良好的线性关系,线性相关系数不小于0.9992,测定值的相对标准偏差为0.29%~1.13%(n=6),平均加标回收率为95.87%~101.73%。该方法操作简单,可用于益肾保健酒中9种有效成分含量的测定。

A high performance liquid chromatography was established to determine 5-hydroxymethylfurfural,ferulic acid,cinnamaldehyde,epimedin A,epimedin B,epimedin C,icariin,baohuoside I and ligustilide in Yishen Health Wine.A Sepax HP C_(18) column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)was used to separate with acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid aqueous solution as mobile phase for gradient elution.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 280 nm,the column temperature was 30℃,and the injection volume was 10μL.9 target compounds had good linear relationship with chromatographic peak areapeak areas in their respective mass concentration ranges,the linear correlation coefficients of were not less than 0.9992.The relative standard deviations of the detection results were 0.29%to 1.13%(n=6),and the average spiked recoveries were 95.87%to 101.73%.The method is simple,which can be used for the determination of 9 effective components in Yishen Health Wine..
