常州地域文化视域下高校廉洁文化建设路径探析

摘要 在廉洁文化建设中,高校需要认识地域文化、廉洁文化、高校廉洁文化建设的内涵,剖析地域文化中廉洁文化内容及价值意蕴。要充分发挥地域廉洁文化的渗透力、扩张力、内驱力、内聚力作用,用活地域廉洁文化资源,充实廉洁教育内容体系;依托地域廉洁文化实物,增筑廉洁活动实践体验;利用地域风尚柔性约束,推动作风建设化风成俗。在对地域廉洁文化内容承继上,要注重创造性转化和创新性发展,挖掘地校特色,打造廉洁文化特色品牌;创新媒体平台,激活廉洁文化传播活力;强化互融互通,以廉洁文化助推高校发展。 In the construction of a clean and honest culture,colleges and universities need to understand the connotation of regional culture,clean and honest culture,and the construction of clean and honest culture in colleges and universities,and to analyze the content and value implications of clean and honest culture in regional culture.It is necessary to give full play to the role of regional clean and honest culture in penetration,expansion,internal driving force and cohesion,enrich the content system of clean and honest education with resources of regional clean and honest culture;rely on regional clear and honest cultural objects to increase the practical experience of clean and honest cultural activities,and make use of the flexible constraints of regional customs to promote the construction of work style into common practice.On the inheritance of regional culture and clean and honest culture content,it is necessary to pay attention to the creative transformation and innovative development,tap the characteristics of local schools,create a brand with characteristics of clean and honest culture;innovate media platforms to activate the vitality of clean and honest culture communication;and strengthen mutual integration to promote the development of clean and honest culture in colleges and universities.
