“五育并举”视域下高职院校加强美育工作的探索与实践

Research and Practice of Strengthening Aesthetic Education in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspectives of"Simultaneous Promotion of Five Educations"

从“五育并举”的视域看,美育是“五育”的重要内容,在高职院校人才培养中发挥着重要作用。高职院校美育工作存在缺乏顶层设计、课程定位不合理、美育师资队伍不足、美育教育资源不平衡等问题。在厘清现状及问题的基础上,提出从深化美育教育理念、加强美育课程建设、重视美育师资队伍建设、营造校园审美文化等方面,探索高职院校加强美育工作的具体路径。

From the perspective of the"Simultaneous Promotion of Five Educations",aesthetic education is an important content and plays a pivotal role in talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges.There are problems such as lack of top-level design,irrational curriculum orientation,inadequate aesthetic education teachers and unbalanced aesthetic education resources in higher vocational colleges.On the basis of clarifying the the current situation and problems,it proposes specific paths of strengthening the construction of aesthetic education in higher vocational colleges from the perspectives of deepening the concept of aesthetic education,reinforcing the construction of aesthetic education curriculum,emphasizing the construction of teaching team and fostering aesthetic culture on campus.
