高职院校名班主任工作室是落实“三全育人”要求的重要举措,是班主任队伍建设中发挥示范引领作用的平台,也是班主任实现个人价值和个人成长的舞台。针对当前高职院校名班主任工作室建设中难以组建高质量的团队、难以准确把握工作室的功能、难以建立工作室长效运行机制等现实问题,从团队组建、功能定位、学习培训、考核激励、平台搭建、示范辐射等维度提出了切实可行的建设路径。

The famous class teachers'studio in higher vocational colleges is an important measure to implement the requirement of"three all-round education",a platform to play the leading role of demonstration and leaderships in the construction of the class teacher team,and a stage for class teachers to realize their personal value and personal growth.Aiming at the practical problems in the construction of the famous class teachers'studio in higher vocational colleges,such as dificulty in forming high-quality teams,difficulty in accurately grasping the functions of the studios,and difficulty in establishing long-term operation mechanism of the studios,a practical and feasible path is put forward from the perspectives of team building,function orientation,learning and training,assessment and incentive,platform construction,as well as demonstration and exemplification.
