摘要
提出了一种装配式轻钢承重保温一体化墙板,并设计了3种不同构造形式的墙板,通过水平单调加载和低周往复加载试验,对其受剪性能进行了研究。构造合理的新型轻钢承重保温一体化墙板具有较高的抗剪承载力,在竖向和水平荷载作用下表现出良好的延性。经分析使用新型墙板作为低层房屋的承重墙体,可以满足高烈度区抗震要求的水平承载力。
A prefabricated lightweight steel load-bearing and insulation integrated wall panel is proposed,and three different construction forms of wall panels are designed.The shear performance is studied through horizontal monotonic loading and low cycle reciprocating loading tests.The new type of lightweight steel load-bearing and insulation integrated wall panel with reasonable structure has higher shear capacity and exhibits good ductility under vertical and horizontal loads.The result shows that the use of new wall panels as load-bearing walls for low-rise buildings can meet the horizontal bearing capacity required for seismic resistance in high-intensity areas.
