鼻渊通窍颗粒联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者术后复发率的影响

Effect of Biyuan Tongqiao Granules combined with Mometasone furoate nasal spray on postoperative recurrence rate of patients with chronic rhinosinusitis

目的探讨鼻渊通窍颗粒联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者术后复发率的影响。方法选取我院2021年1月~2022年12月收治的126例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者,均采用手术治疗,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组(n=63)。对照组术后采用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗,观察组术后采用鼻渊通窍颗粒联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗。评估两组患者的临床疗效、症状改善情况、鼻腔黏液纤毛清除能力、术后复发率及疼痛程度。结果观察组总有效率、鼻腔黏液纤毛清除速度及清除率均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的嗅觉减退、鼻塞、头痛、流鼻涕等评分及VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的鼻腔黏液纤毛清除时间短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组复发3例(4.76%),对照组复发10例(15.87%),两组患者术后复发率对比差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.203,P=0.040)。结论慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者术后采用鼻渊通窍颗粒联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗效果显著,能缓解患者的临床症状,提高鼻腔黏液纤毛清除能力,降低术后复发率,减轻患者疼痛感。

Objective To investigate the effect of Biyuan Tongqiao Granules combined with Mometasone furoate nasal spray on postoperative recurrence rate of patients with chronic rhinosinusitis.Methods A total of 126 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis enrolled in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected for surgical treatment and divided into control group and observation group(n=63)according to random number table method.The control group received postoperative treatment with Mometasone furoate nasal spray,while the observation group received postoperative treatment with Biyuan Tongqiao Granules combined with Mometasone furoate nasal spray.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement,nasal mucociliary clearing ability,postoperative recurrence rate and pain degree of the two groups were evaluated.Results The total effective rate,mucociliary clearance speed and clearance rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of anosmia,nasal congestion,headache,runny nose and VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the nasal mucociliary clearance time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,3 patients(4.76%)recurred in the observation group and 10 patients(15.87%)in the control group.The difference in the postoperative recurrence rate between the two groups of patients was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.203,P=0.040).Conclusion Postoperative treatment of patients with chronic rhinosinusitis with Biyuan Tongqiao Granules combined with Mometasone furoate nasal spray has significant effects,alleviating clinical symptoms,improves nasal mucociliary clearing ability,reduces postoperative recurrence rate,and alleviating pain in patients.
