基于数据挖掘探讨名老中医治疗耳鸣的辨证及用药规律的研究进展

Advances in the dialectical diagnosis and medication rules of renowned TCM herbalist doctors in treating tinnitus based on data mining

近年来,中医药数据挖掘发展迅速,尤其关于名老中医传承、名医经验规律方面的成果显著。本文以数据挖掘方法为切入点,综述古今名老中医治疗耳鸣的辨证及用药规律的研究进展。耳鸣是耳鼻喉科的一种常见病症,利用现代计算机技术和统计学相结合的数据挖掘方法来探索中医方药的宝库,总结古今名老中医治疗耳鸣辨证论治及用药的规律,可为现代临床中医药治疗耳鸣提供一定的参考。

In recent years,there has been rapid development in researches related to traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)data mining,especially in the rich medical knowledge and clinical experience inherited from renowned TCM herbalist doctors.The present paper,based on the method of data mining,reviews the advances in the dialectical diagnosis and medication rules of renowned TCM herbalist doctors in treating tinnitus,which is a common syndrome of otolaryngology.A combination of modern computer technology and statistics is applied to excavate the treasures of TCM prescriptions and discover the rules of dialectical treatment and medication of renowned TCM herbalist doctors.This is expected to provide reference for clinical TCM treatment of tinnitus.
