CFM-5B发动机气源系统压力控制部件工作原理分析

摘要 飞机发动机引气系统在飞行时为飞机诸多系统提供引气,但由于相关部件大多位于高温高振动的发动机核心段,使得发动机引气系统的故障率居高不下,且相关区域在发动机运行时难以接近,使得排故工作难度增加。本文在对空客320系列飞机CFM-5B发动机引气系统简介的基础上,着重对压力控制部件的工作原理及相关部件典型故障现象进行分析,使发动机引气系统压力控制原理更加形象。并结合相应手册给出发动机引气系统维护建议,使得排故工作更加高效。 The aircraft engine bleed system provides bleed air to the many systems of aircrafts during flight.However,since most of the relevant components are located in the core section of the engine with high temperature and high vibration,the failure rate of the engine bleed air system remains high,and the relevant areas are difficult to access during engine operation,which increases the difficulty of troubleshooting.This article is based on the brief introduction of CFM-5B engine bleed system of Airbus 320 series aircraft,the working principle of pressure control components and typical fault phenomena of related components are analyzed to make the pressure control principle of engine bleed system more vivid.And combined with the corresponding manual,the maintenance suggestions of engine bleed system are given to make the troubleshooting work more effective.
