摘要 由于曲轴结构复杂,目前国内外广泛运用位置度检具或三坐标测量机(CMM)用于曲轴过程尺寸检测,曲轴测量中一般以位置度检具为主,三坐标测量为辅;某发动机工厂增压改造项目中,新增的位置度检具需要通过测量系统分析(MSA),以确保位置度检具的稳定性、准确性、重复性、再现性满足测量系统分析(MSA)要求。MSA是由克莱斯勒、福特和通用汽车三大公司共同起草编制,目前MSA已更新至第四版。通过对改造项目中增加的曲轴法兰螺纹孔位置度检具测量系统分析(MSA),找出该测量系统的问题并提出改进方案,为曲轴产品尺寸控制及下线合格率提供了有力的数据支撑。 Because of the complicated structure of crankshaft,position gauge or coordinate measuring machine(CMM)is widely used in the process dimension measurement of crankshaft.The position gauge is mainly used in crankshaft measurement and the coordinate measuring is auxiliary.In the project of turbocharged reconstruction of an engine factory,the new position gauge needs to pass the measurement system analysis(MSA)to ensure the stability,accuracy,repeatability and reproducibility of the position gauge to meet the requirements of the measurement system analysis(MSA).The MSA was drafted by Chrysler,Ford and General Motors.The MSA has been updated to the fourth edition.Through analyzing the measuring system(MSA)of crankshaft flange screw hole position gauge added in the reconstruction project,the problems of the measuring system are found out and the improvement scheme is put forward,which provides strong data support for the control of crankshaft size and the qualification rate of the production line.
